Great for Tai Chi February 17, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was looking for Tai Chi music and already own several Tai Chi and Qi Gong CDs. Most, however, are a little too lively or rhythmic for me and are sometimes distracting because of it. This CD is perfect for Tai Chi! It's slow, pacific and doesn't interfere with my concentration yet sets the mood. And no, I never was inclined to fall asleep while practicing. I highly recommend it for Tai Chi or Qi Gong background music
enjoyable but short for a cd December 28, 2006 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The music is very enjoyable, and oddly enough I haven't noticed the drums others have written about in their reviews. Perhaps my bass is set lower than theirs? It's very peaceful music. I just wish it was more than one long song. :)
Not good for continuous play March 23, 2006 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
The music is very nice. Unfortunately, however, I wanted to use it during my daughter's naptime to block street noise, and the CD starts out with a loud percussion sound, so she would wake up every time the CD started at the beginning again.
Sleeping too long March 22, 2006 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
The sound is nice, but I prefer many tracks on a CD rather than one long sound. I find it gets monotonous...not sleepy, but tedious....too long.
Drift to peaceful sleep. February 23, 2006 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
You'll want to play this every night. Both my wife and listen to it once we settle in for the evening. Highly recommended.
